Lazukii, also known as Sihle Thato Madondo, is a South African producer and composer whose work brings together jazz, soulful textures and contemporary South African dance influences. Private Jazz: Ladies & Gentlemen gives him plenty of space to explore that combination through a series of collaborations.
2ska joins him here, adding another personality to the record. Their collaboration gives “Dance Floor” a slightly different role within the project, moving the focus toward movement while still keeping Lazukii’s musical character intact.
