Gogo Maweni Upset At Her Friend Musa Khawula After Leaking Messages

Gogo Maweni has accused her friend Musa Khawula of leaking their WhatsApp messages in which they discussed her baby daddy, SK Khoza’s, HIV status. Musa Khawula’s actions of leaking their conversation did not impress Maweni.

Musa Khawula, in a daring and possibly illegal move, leaked a conversation he had with friend Gogo Maweni about SK Khoza and his relationships. In it, Musa texts Maweni that SK appeared sick to him, and Maweni claims it has something to do with his HIV status.

Musa then begs Maweni to tell him more, and a wary Maweni asks him why he is asking so many questions. She then invites him to her home to further discuss this or calls her.

Maweni then adds, “He tested for HIV for his upcoming role and results were positive for HIV. That’s why he is now ekhaya (at home). ”

Musa leaked their entire convo on Instagram and Maweni called him out, “I know we are friends but this is low and he is still the father of my child, it’s not your place to disclose his status. He will be fine, it’s not a death sentence, and may he find strength. Please delete the post.”

Maweni and SK’s relationship has been filled with drama. They share a kid which according to Maweni, SK fails to support financially. Although SK has remained mum on his and Maweni’s relationship, she on the other hand talks about him regularly.

Maweni has been trying to get SK to pay his child support, but she said she will not beg him as she is more than capable of doing things her way.

“He’s got a job now, he must pay,” the reality star told Zimoja. “…I’ll deal with him legally. I don’t need to use muthi on him either, the law must take its course to make sure that he plays his part as a parent,” she added.

In an interview with Gagasi FM, Maweni said, “For those who don’t know, I supported him financially and emotionally. I have never seen this side of him and I cannot comment on his behavior because there are things that I cannot speak about regarding him.”

“I will be willing to assist. Sthembiso is the father of my child. I don’t hate him and I don’t like seeing him do all these things and to be honest, I was hurt. To be honest he was one of the people who pushed me to accept my ancestral calling. I don’t want to and he said you need to go through this and I will support you.”
