Emtee Explains What Ma-E Expects From the ‘DIY 3’ Album. Emtee has been inviting his fans to help him create his next album, DIY 3. The rapper prioritized his fans in the creation of the art cover, and the process is going well.

The rapper has not revealed much about the type of music he will release, but his fans will undoubtedly be expecting something upbeat. Emtee revealed on Twitter that SA Hip Hop OG Ma-E reached out to him and told him what he can expect from his album.

Emtee stated that Ma-E told him to deliver an album that will express the happier version of him on the album. “@MaEzeeDoesIt told me he wants to hear a happier Emtee on the new records 🙏🏾. #DIY3,” tweeted Emtee. Ma-E went on and acknowledged Emtee’s tweet and said; “Ke Nako Ndade!!!!!”

Emtee has always shown much love and respect to the Hlasela hitmaker. A few months ago, Ma-E was dragged on social media after he was included on a list of Worst SA Rappers Of All Time. Emtee took to Twitter and made it clear that he will not tolerate any form of disrespect towards the SA Hip Hop OG. “Disrespect @MaEzeeDoesIt n I’m on yo as*. On fonem!” Tweeted Emtee.

Ma-E did not remain silent in the aftermath of being named one of the worst South African rappers of all time. The rapper took to Twitter to declare that he is one of the inventors of South African hip-hop and that he has made significant sacrifices for the genre.

“The funny thing is y’all thinking this SA Hiphop would have existed without Ma-E and Ntukza being part of the 1st generation that made this genre fashionable EMAKASI! WOW THE DISRESPECT… They don’t call me Ma-Ezee does it for nothing… Fede S’saba Ganda NAMANJE.” Tweeted Ma-E.
