Russ, an American rapper, arrived in South Africa on Wednesday, February 22nd.
Despite being discouraged by loadshedding discussions on Twitter, the star has kept his promise to visit South Africa.
He announced his arrival on social media and shared some photos on Instagram.
Russ was here four years ago and is eager to return.
The international celebrity, who is currently in Cape Town, will also make a stop in Johannesburg.
“It’s been 4 years since I’ve been here and I can’t wait to see y’all!!” he wrote.
