Cassper Nyovest is an employee of AKA’s distribution company, Vth Season.
The company was in charge of distributing the late Kiernan AKA Forbes’ music, but Cassper debuted on their Instagram account weeks after his death.
Kiernan was shot and killed in Durban on February 10th, and the rap icon’s death is still being mourned.
People were even more shocked when they saw a video of Cass being promoted on the agency’s Instagram page; the company is now being chastised for moving too quickly.
Nyovest announced in the video that he will be performing in April.
According to the video, Cassper signed a booking deal with the label.
Users on social media slammed the record label and expressed their disappointment in them.
“Our idol get brutally killed and already y’all have moved on? Literally after one month and y’all already moved on like nothing happen to KJF? The fans and family seems to be the only ones seeking for justice, I guess it’s time we as the MEGACY unfollow this page and everything you are pushing,” a comment reads.
