Cassper Nyovest was overjoyed to receive the 2022 GQ Men of the Year Award.
The rapper shared a photo of the award as well as a video of Nokana Mojapelo accepting it in his place.
Nyovest was not present at the event, but it was a dream come true for him, as he had hoped to be honored by the organization.
Cassper was named the Best Entertainer of the Year.
“God did!!! I been wanting a nod from GQ foreal,” the rap star captioned post.
It has become a norm for Mufasa to be in a celebratory mood every festive season.
In December 2021, Cassper bagged Artist of the Decade award, which was a huge feat for him.
Friends and other celebs congratulated him for the GQ’s award.
