Dumisani Dlamini, a legendary South African actor, is respected for his extensive acting resume since breaking into the industry as a prolific cast member of the hit June 1976 student uprising film, Sarafina. He would go on to play other iconic roles such as Yizo Yizo’s Chester.
However, in recent years, the legendary actor has received more attention as the father of Doja Cat, real name Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini. Dlamini had Doja Cat with American Deborah Sawyer, who reportedly stayed with her mother after Dlamini and Sawyer’s relationship ended.
The world was shocked to learn that Doja Cat was Dlamini’s daughter when she met Whoopi Goldberg and revealed that she co-starred in Sarafina with her father. Doja finally fulfilled a promise she made to her fans during her first mainstream release, Say So, in 2020, that if the song reached number one, she would show off her breasts. He took to Instagram again on Doja Cat’s birthday to confirm that his 59th birthday will be on Sunday, October 23, 2022. This shows that he didn’t care about the situation.
