Robert Marawa, a Mzansi sports journalist, radio and television presenter, and his claimed new girlfriend have sparked speculation that they are Mzansi’s newest famous pair.
But, for the 50-year-old sportscaster, she’s simply another attractive and much younger woman he’s seen on his arm in recent years.
Robert Marawa and Thando Thabethe were photographed holding hands at a recent dinner date, according to a local publication.
According to the publication, the couple has kept their romance hidden from social media and prying eyes.

When asked to confirm the rumours, Robert told the publication: “I don’t know what you are talking about.”
Robert and Thando – who was recently linked to actor and model Lunga Shabalala – have an 18-year age gap.
Last year, the sports icon reportedly dated Durban Gen actress Nelisiswe Sibiya.
Robert dated actress Pearl Thusi between 2016 and 2017.
Robert was married to Zoe Mthiyane but split in 2012.
