Pop Bottles, founded by the late Tumi ‘DJ Dimplez’ Mooi, is making a comeback this April.
DJ Dimplez died in March of last year from a severe brain hemorrhage.
The DJ’s legacy will be carried on by the show, an urban hip-hop event focused on lifestyle and delivering attendees a one-of-a-kind and private experience.
The first series of the year will begin on April 30, 2023, at the James & Ethel Grey Park in Melrose, Johannesburg.
The explosive lineup features award-winning musician Blxckie as well as legendary DJs PH, KOTW, Milkshake, and Ayanda MVP. Shilly Mingz, Devlin, Jovis, and Slade are among the next generation of DJs highlighted.
