At this year’s People’s Choice Awards, some of Mzansi’s favorite celebrities will show how proud they are of their country. Some of the nominees for the 48th Academy Awards have been announced, and four of Mzansi’s favorite artists are among them.
Shauwn Mkhize is accused of paying people to say bad things about Sithelo Shozi.
Phil Mphela, an entertainment commentator, posted the list of nominees on social media, and Twitter is buzzing with excitement and happiness that some of our stars are being recognized. All of the nominees are fighting for the title of “African Social Star.”

Mzansi’s favorite IT girl, media personality and actress Khanyi Mbau, makes the list. Mbau is no stranger to international stages, but she has yet to be nominated for an award.
Khanyi Mbau competes in the same category as Durban businesswoman and reality TV personality Dr. Shauwn Mkhize. Mkhize had a highly successful reality TV show called KwaMaMkhize that displayed his spectacular and luxurious life.
Tweeps have already voted for their choice, and it appears like Blood and Water actress Ama Qamata will take home the African Social Star honors. Since her debut on the acting stage, the former Gomora actress has garnered millions of fans across Africa for her beauty and grace.

Khanyi Mbau recently showed off her new hands on Instagram after clearing some of her black knuckles. She praised a cosmetic business on Instagram for assisting her with something she had been suffering with for a long time.
“I gave @bossladyskinpage2 the challenge of fixing my hands , many have struggled and failed!!!I met with her last week Sunday and today my hands are fixed!! Haven’t seen my hands look like this in a year !!! Only 6 days!! NO FILTER!! NO EDITS!!! MY HAMDS ARE BACK!!! Still a little swollen from the peel , that should subside in a week or two,” wrote Khanyi Mbau
