Without Yanga Chief, AKA Is An Average Rapper – Nota Baloyi

AKA and Yanga Chief have been close friends and collaborators on a number of fruitful projects for a very long time in South African hip hop.

AKA and Yanga Chief are both skilled rappers on their own, despite their many collaborations. AKA is just an ordinary rapper without Yanga Chief, according to Nota, despite both of them being skilled performers.

Taking to Twitter, Baloyi said that AKA has not been the same ever since Yanga decided to focus on himself. “Without Yanga Chief AKA is an average rapper at best… He hasn’t been the same since Chief focused on himself!” He tweeted.

AKA has been enjoying a good spell in SA hip hop this year. The rapper released two singles from his forthcoming Mass Country album and they have been performing well on the music charts. Following the release of Lemons (Lemonade) Nota did not spare AKA from trolls.

The brash music executive made it known that AKA’s single will never topple K.O’s SETE for the number 1 spot on radio chart. Nota said the song did not impress and the rapper should enjoy the number 2 spot. “If AKA’s music doesn’t impress let me state that without have his entire stan base trolling my comments trying to prove me wrong… I’m an EXPERT for a reason. I don’t just hypothesise without actually knowing what I’m talking about. Just turn lemons into lemonade & enjoy number2!” Tweeted NOTA.
