Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize, a South African reality TV personality, actress, and businesswoman, is apparently still married to Sibusiso “Sbu” Mpisane, but where is he now?
MaMkhize and Mpisane have been married since 1991, but their divorce was announced in 2018. On an episode of her reality show, MaMkhize stated that her spouse loved himself so much that no one cared about her.
“I think the small problem that led my marriage to divorce was that Sbu loved himself. I also loved Sbu. So, no one cared for me. As time went by, in the process I ended up losing myself. Right now I’m trying to find myself and regain and find my identity,” she said.
However, Zimoja reported that the Royal AM owner is still legally married to Sbu as their divorce is not finalised. The delay was reportedly caused by the multi-million of Rands in cash, movable and immovable assets that the pair needs to split. This is because were married in community of property.
“Shauwn can appear with all the celebs at parties and say what she wants, she is still Mrs Mpisane. Ask her to show you her divorce decree and where she got it, then I will buy you the most expensive car you can find in the world,” said a source.
Mpisane has two known children with MaMkhize: Royal AM chairman Andile and Sbahle, whom he had in 1993, two years after marrying MaMkhize. Sbahle is adored by the proprietor of Royal AM.
Because of MaMkhize’s business, Mpisane was previously renowned as the richest cop in Durban. He was a Metro police constable before resigning to work for MaMkhize’s construction company.
The couple is said to still reside together in MaMkhize’s La Lucia villa, although in different parts of the massive estate. MaMkhize on the far right wing and Mpisane on the far left wing.
