On Sunday, April 16, Netflix sponsored the South African premiere of Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
Shonda Rhimes wrote and produced the prequel spin-off about Queen Charlotte, a fan favorite played by talented Guyanese-British actor Golda Rosheuvel.
Celebrities who attended the event attempted to dress in theme.
“Taking place at the Quion Rock Estate in Stellenbosch, the spectacular backdrop was the perfect canvas for a colourful afternoon of royal treatment and period drama,” Glamour wrote.
