Londie London, a South African musician, model, and songwriter, has revealed her secret to a small waist to followers, taking to social media to describe how she lost weight.
Londie mentioned that she has been employing new technologies such as fat freeze and lipolysis injections to keep her body thin in the ideal spots.

According to Hannah London Medispa, fat freezing is also known as cryolipolysis — a non-invasive procedure for the reduction of fat that uses a controlled cooling process to destroy the fat tissues and reduce their volume.
“This is an effective treatment that can be an alternative to Liposuction treatment,” the medical establishment said.
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons says that injection lipolysis chemically reduces the number of fat cells around the injection site.
“The chemical, called deoxycholic acid, results in fat cell disruption and death. Currently, it is FDA-approved for treatment of the area underneath the chin to eliminate what is known as a “double chin,” The organisation said.
